The Soweto Spring Colour Run is a celebration for everyone, and our Pensioners Entry has been created especially for participants aged 60 years and older who want to enjoy a fun, active and unforgettable day with family, friends and the community.

Whether you choose to walk, jog or simply soak up the vibrant atmosphere, you’ll experience a colourful route filled with music, laughter and six exciting colour stations. There are no qualifying times, no pressure and no competition—just a fantastic day of fun, fitness and celebration.

After crossing the finish line, continue the festivities with live entertainment, delicious food vendors, the spectacular post-run colour throw and plenty of opportunities to create lasting memories.
