The 8KM Entry is designed for participants aged 12 years and older who want to experience the full Soweto Spring Colour Run adventure. Whether you’re participating with friends, family, classmates or colleagues, this colourful journey promises an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

Along the route, participants will pass through six exciting colour stations where vibrant bursts of colour, music and energy transform the course into a celebration of fun, fitness and community spirit.
