Whether you’re walking, jogging or running, the 5KM Entry is the perfect way to experience the excitement, colour and energy of the Soweto Spring Colour Run 2026.

Designed for participants aged 12 years and older, this fun-filled route allows everyone to take part regardless of fitness level. Gather your friends, family, colleagues or schoolmates and enjoy an unforgettable journey through a vibrant course packed with music, entertainment and colourful surprises.

As you travel along the route, you’ll pass through six exciting colour stations where clouds of bright colour transform the run into a celebration of community, fitness and fun. Once you’ve crossed the finish line, the festivities continue with live entertainment, delicious food vendors and the spectacular post-run colour throw.
